* Any order of $1500.00 or more must be paid with a check within 5 days of placing the order

Method of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All orders must be prepaid until a credit application is completed and approved by our credit department.

Shipping
Shipping is 7% of order total with a minimum charge of $10.75. Most orders ship UPS. Sorry, no international shipping.

Production Time
10-12 Working days after order is recieved or we have proof approval. If custom die is required, allow 15 days. Rush Charge will apply to all orders needing less than 10 working days plus any special shipping costs.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Custom Dies
Camera ready artwork must be provided for dies to be made to give the quality expected by both customer and Garden Spot Ribbon and Awards. Extra charges may be applied if additional touch-up is required. Photocopies, letterhead, and business cards are not considered camera ready.

Custom-printed Orders
Orders that require many changes or excessive copy need to be mailed or faxed to us to reduce the possibility of error.

Gold foil is used on all ribbons unless otherwise specified. All prices include one foil color. Each additional foil color is $6.00 each

Ribbon Colors: We cannot match PMS colors; please send us a sample of color you are interested in matching and we will see what is available to satisfy your needs.

Request for Cancellation of Order
If any work in production has begun, you may NOT cancel order. If no work in production has started, customer must state confirmation of cancellation by letter stating job order number in order to be vaild.

Printing
Each order for less than 25 ribbons will be charged a $25 set-up charge.

Minimum Invoice for Ribbon Orders
Orders less than $25.00 will incur a $25.00 handling fee.

We would appreciate as accurate a show date as possible due to unforseen conditions such as labor strikes, loss of package, damaged merchandise or late additions.

Gold Foil is used on all orders unless specified differently.
